Can the ear heal itself?

Ear furuncle is usually not good by itself.

Ear furuncle is caused by bacterial infection in most cases, among which Staphylococcus aureus is more common. Bacteria will reproduce rapidly after infection, and it is difficult to completely eliminate them through their own resistance. Secondly, ear canal is a relatively complex and difficult to clean area, providing conditions for bacterial breeding, so ear furuncle is generally not good by itself.
