High levels of creatine kinase

Creatine kinase mainly exists in myocardium, skeletal muscle and other tissues. Elevated creatine kinase in blood is common in muscle injury or myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction will lead to myocardial hypoxia necrosis in patients, and serious cases will lead to shock, heart failure and even sudden death in patients.
