Appendix color Doppler ultrasound does not need to hold urine. When doing appendix color Doppler ultrasound examination, the patient should lie flat on the bed and scan the probe at the lower right position of the patient's abdomen. Normal appendix size, clear structure, no tenderness, rebound pain; when the appendix has inflammation, it will be observed that the appendix is swollen, enlarged, and painful when pressed.
