Lung cancer pain is usually not fixed in the back.

When lung cancer metastasizes to the thoracic spine, it often presents as back pain, and the pain is not fixed. It is usually closely related to the affected thoracic spine level, which may be pain in the upper back or pain in both sides of the back. In addition to back pain, lung cancer can also cause pain in other parts of the body, such as enlargement of the lesion, invasion of the pleura or invasion of local ribs, causing varying degrees of chest pain. In addition, the liver is a site where lung cancer is easy to metastasize. When lung cancer metastasizes to the liver, there may be a dull pain in the upper abdomen in the early stage.
