Causes of high serum creatinine

Creatinine is mainly excreted by kidney. When serum creatinine is high, it is usually caused by renal function impairment. Clinically, it is common in chronic nephritis, diabetic nephropathy and renal failure. Suggestion: Patients need to go to the nephrology department of the local regular hospital for treatment, relevant examinations and symptomatic treatment.
