At present, the symptoms of hypertension are divided into three grades clinically. The systolic blood pressure of Grade I hypertension is generally between 140 and 159mmHg, and the diastolic blood pressure is between 90 and 99mmHg. Subsequently, the systolic blood pressure rises by 20mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure rises by 10mmHg, and the grade rises by one grade. If the systolic blood pressure is higher than 180mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is higher than 110mmHg, it is called severe hypertension, and its risk is higher.
