Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, its etiology is not clear, clinical think this disease and patients endocrine system function is more disturbed there is a certain connection. This disease can be examined by chest X-ray, generally can be found that the left ventricle of the heart has a more obvious enlargement, late disease can be manifested as bilateral ventricular enlargement.
