When to check ABO hemolysis

ABO hemolysis is related to the blood group incompatibility of mother and child, also known as ABO hemolytic disease of newborn, belonging to homologous immune hemolysis. First of all, prenatal blood group serological examination can be carried out to determine whether there is a possibility of ABO hemolytic disease of newborn. If pregnant, it needs to be determined at 16 weeks of pregnancy.
