Pseudocondyloma acuminatum is a papillary benign tumor that occurs in the female pudenda. The etiology has not been determined. It may be caused by normal physiological variation or chronic inflammation of local mucosa. It is a non-sexually transmitted disease and has nothing to do with low-risk HPV infection. Low-risk HPV6 positive indicates that the body is infected with HPV6 type, most patients are transient infection, persistent infection will cause genitourinary warts, common is condyloma acuminatum, so low-risk HPV6 positive is not pseudocondyloma.
