Does scleroderma equal cancer?

Scleroderma is not cancer.

Scleroderma is a connective tissue disease, the exact cause is not clear, generally and genetic, infection, chemical damage and other factors related, patients mainly with systemic organ vasculitis and fibrosis as the main manifestations. Cancer is a malignant disease, the main pathological changes are malignant proliferation of the body cells, destruction of normal tissue, organ function, thus causing a series of clinical symptoms. Scleroderma and cancer are two different diseases, not equal.

Scleroderma and cancer are more serious diseases, need active treatment, improve the prognosis of patients.
