What is the reason for my mother's repeated colds?

Always repeated colds are considered to be caused by low immunity, repeated respiratory infections, or poor living environment and poor air quality; indoor ventilation should be ensured, bed sheets should be cleaned regularly, fresh vegetables and fruits should be eaten, and outdoor exercise should be actively participated in to enhance resistance and immunity.
