Axillary pain and back pain can not be used to diagnose cancer.

Axillary pain and back pain are usually caused by local strain, soft tissue injury, fracture, inflammation, etc., and are related to factors such as maintaining a posture for a long time, direct or violent trauma. Cancer is a malignant tumor, and there are generally no obvious clinical symptoms before the onset and early stage of the disease. Therefore, simple axillary pain and back pain cannot be used to diagnose cancer.

If the patient cannot distinguish the cause by himself, further improvement of tumor marker examination, imaging examination, pathological examination and other items can help to clarify the cause.
