How normal is the heartbeat in one minute?

A minute heartbeat in 60-100 beats/min is normal, life in strenuous exercise, eating spicy food, frightened, heartbeat will appear elevated phenomenon, but are normal; if at rest, heartbeat more than 100 beats/min is abnormal, considered arrhythmia caused, should go to the regular hospital cardiology examination.
