Is there nodule on lung tuberculosis?

Restoring health, restoring hope.
Pulmonary nodules are not necessarily pulmonary tuberculosis.
Pulmonary nodules generally refer to local lung volume enlargement with a diameter of more than 3 mm. Although pulmonary tuberculosis often presents as soft tissue density nodules on CT imaging, uniform or uneven density, smooth and complete edges or mild irregularities, etc. However, pulmonary nodules are not exclusive manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis. They may also be related to other types of non-neoplastic nodules, such as pneumococcal pneumonia, fungal infection, pulmonary abscess, etc. Of course, attention should also be paid to exclude the possibility of lung cancer tumor disease. It is recommended that patients undergo comprehensive examination and evaluation to find out the cause and facilitate targeted treatment.
