Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease caused by pancreatic tissue edema and hemorrhage caused by activation of pancreatic enzymes in the body. Acute attack requires temporary fasting. After the disease is controlled, the diet should be light and easy to digest. Do not eat sweet, cold and spicy food, and do not eat food that is easy to produce gas.
