What causes a short penis, child?

A child's short penis may be a physiological phenomenon, or it may be related to diseases such as concealed penis or hypospadias.

1. Physiological phenomenon

If the child is obese, resulting in more abdominal fat, it may cover the penis and make the penis look short from the outside.

2. Concealed penis
