Miliary tuberculosis is more serious than invasive tuberculosis.

Miliary tuberculosis generally refers to tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis entering the bloodstream and widely distributed to the lungs and other organs. It is a more dangerous type of tuberculosis, which is easy to cause Mycobacterium tuberculosis to enter the brain through bloodstream dissemination, causing tuberculous meningitis. Infiltrative tuberculosis is exogenous secondary tuberculosis caused by repeated infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
