transvaginal B-mode ultrasound examination,

because the examination is clear, can find smaller myoma, but also can observe the uterine accessories, uterus with or without lesions. If the patient has not had sex, it is not recommended to do transvaginal B-mode ultrasound examination, can be carried out by abdominal ordinary color ultrasound examination.

After the patient review, if there is no obvious abnormality, then do not worry too much, only need follow-up observation.
