Early symptoms of chronic aplastic anemia

Chronic aplastic anemia patients, during the disease, can be manifested as general weakness, shortness of breath, palpitations, headache, dizziness, pale, sweating, insomnia and other anemia symptoms. As the disease progresses, patients are prone to infection, fever. There will also be skin bleeding, even visceral bleeding phenomenon.
