Imaging findings of bronchiectasis

Bronchiectasis is a disease caused primarily by bacterial infection of the bronchi and surrounding lung tissue. On imaging, patients may show increased, thickened, and disorganized nonspecific lung markings, as well as multiple irregular honeycomb-like shadows.
