How long can breast milk be kept in the refrigerator?

Normal breast milk can be stored for about 48 hours at about 4 degrees Celsius. If it is above 4 degrees Celsius, it can generally be kept fresh for about 24 hours. If it is at minus 15 degrees Celsius, it can be stored for about 6 months. If children usually need to eat breast milk taken out of the refrigerator, they need to warm the breast milk to about 40 degrees Celsius before giving it to their children.
