Meningeal irritation sign is the manifestation of meningeal irritation, which is a series of symptoms caused by meningeal lesions, including neck rigidity, Kernig sign and Brudzinski sign. Head flexion is obviously limited, i.e. passive neck flexion will encounter resistance, head scoliosis is also limited, head rotation movement is slightly limited, head backward is not rigid performance. Neck rigidity can also be seen in cervical spondylosis and neck inflammation, causing a series of symptoms, such as headache, vomiting, etc. 2. Kernig sign is also called hip flexion and knee extension test. The patient bends the knee joint into a right angle in supine position, and then passively straightens the flexed leg. When the knee joint cannot be straightened, resistance and pain occur, and the knee joint forms an angle less than 135 °, it is positive for K sign. 3. Brudzinski sign patients lie on their backs and bend their necks forward to cause bilateral hip and knee flexion; compression of their bilateral cheeks will cause abduction of both upper arms and elbow flexion; percussion of their pubic commissure will cause flexion and adduction of both lower limbs, all of which are called Brudzinski sign positive.
