Cholecystectomy indications

The surgical indications for cholecystectomy are: gallbladder polyps with a diameter of more than 1 cm, gallbladder polyps that rapidly increase in a short period of time, patients with obvious biliary colic, gallstones, gallbladder atrophy or obvious thickening of the cystic wall, patients without surgical indications can take anti-inflammatory and cholagogue drugs to improve symptoms.
