Baby fever with cold towel or hot towel

When your baby has a fever, you can place a cold towel on your baby's forehead to lower the temperature. You can also use a hot towel to wipe the whole body. When the moisture on the body surface evaporates, it can take away part of the heat in the body, thus lowering the body temperature.
