How to sleep every day dreaming?

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
People dream at night, but they may forget it quickly when they wake up in the morning, but some people may remember it. Sleep is divided into two stages: non-REM sleep and REM sleep. The results of many studies show that most dreams occur during REM sleep. After being awakened during this stage, 70% to 80% of sleepers report dreaming. However, only 10% to 15% of people who are awakened during non-REM sleep report dreaming. When awakened during non-REM sleep, even if dreams are reported, that is, the person has already remembered dreams, but the dreams are very flat and vivid. When awakened during REM sleep, the statements are vivid images of dream plots dominated by visual changes, including some strange sounds, and the things that happen are very real, that is, people dream while sleeping. Because there will be dreams in both periods, if dreams can remember too much, the quality of sleep may be relatively poor, because there are many waking hours.
