After hysteroscopic surgery, should I stay in bed?

Restoring health, restoring hope.
Hysteroscopic surgery requires proper bed rest, but not absolute bed rest.
Although the trauma is relatively small, hysteroscopic surgery is also an invasive operation, which will affect the uterus and other parts to some extent. Bed rest can reduce the amount of physical activity, so that the body has more energy to cope with the stress reaction caused by surgery, promote wound healing and recovery of physical functions.
Long-term absolute bed rest may bring some adverse effects, such as increasing the risk of venous thrombosis of lower limbs, leading to poor blood circulation, and may also cause gastrointestinal motility to slow down, constipation, etc., so patients can properly perform some simple activities in bed after surgery, such as turning over, moving lower limbs, etc., without absolute bed rest.
