What is the best treatment for urinary calculi?

Urethral calculi are divided into primary and secondary types clinically. There are more secondary calculi clinically. Different parts of the calculi require different methods. For calculi located in the urethral scaphoid fossa, sterile liquid paraffin should be injected into the urethra to push the calculi out of the urethral orifice, and then the calculi should be removed. If it is an anterior urethral stone, ureteroscopy can be selected to remove the calculi.
