The difference between fundus hemorrhage and congestion

Fundus congestion generally refers to conjunctival congestion, or ciliary congestion. The main manifestation is the redness of the white part of the eye, which is called congestion. But the bleeding of the fundus is invisible to the naked eye. The normal manifestation is that the patient's vision is reduced, and the field of vision is blocked. This is bleeding. Therefore, bleeding cannot be observed, but congestion is observed by a third person or others.
