Is stroke the same as cerebral thrombosis?

Although stroke includes cerebral thrombosis, stroke and cerebral thrombosis are not the same. Stroke includes hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease and ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease refers to cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage; and cerebral thrombosis belongs to ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
