Causes and treatment of eye tears

The causes and treatment of lacrimal tears mainly include the following aspects: first, it is caused by lacrimal passage obstruction, which can be caused by congenital abnormalities, or it can be caused by facial trauma causing bone nasolacrimal duct fracture or chronic inflammation of lacrimal passages. Second, it is caused by entropion and trichiasis. The eyelashes growing toward the eyeball will scratch the corneal epithelium as the eyeball rotates and blinks, thus causing irritating tears. It needs electrolytic trichiasis or correction of entropion to be completely cured.
