Can double eyelids relax?

There are two basic methods to make double eyelids. The first method is catgut embedding. Instead of cutting the skin, a thread is directly inserted through the skin. After tarsus fixation, double eyelids are formed. The recovery is faster and basically scarless. The second method is surgical incision of eyelids. After the skin is cut open, some tarsus tissue is removed and double eyelids are formed again. For patients with loose skin, incision is more suitable.
