What are the symptoms of chronic appendicitis?

Chronic appendicitis is mainly manifested by right lower abdominal pain or discomfort. Generally, when strenuous exercise or irregular diet, pain symptoms will be obvious. When doctors palpate, strip-like masses can be touched on the right lower abdomen. Acute attack of chronic appendicitis may also be accompanied by vomiting, nausea, fever and other symptoms.
