Aplastic anemia Aplastic anemia is bone marrow hematopoietic failure caused by gene mutation, virus infection, exposure to radiation and other reasons. Mild aplastic anemia is generally dominated by skin mucosal hemorrhage, while severe patients are prone to hematuria, hematemesis, hematochezia, etc. Treatment should pay attention to the prevention of infection, under the guidance of a doctor to choose phensulfan, cyclosporine, cyclophosphamide and other drugs to treat aplastic anemia, reduce the symptoms of blood after urination.
