Astigmatic glasses should always wear it?

My personal opinion on this question is that if the patient shows astigmatism, he should always wear astigmatic glasses. Astigmatism is a refractive state in which the refractive power of the eye is different on different meridians, and the parallel light is refracted by the eye and the image is not a focus, but two focal lines and a minimum dispersion circle at different positions in space. If the patient exhibits astigmatism, glasses are generally not required for patients with low astigmatism, and glasses are required for patients with moderate to high astigmatism. It is also recommended that patients wear glasses at all times after fitting glasses to prevent other eye discomfort.
