What are the clinical manifestations of penile fracture?

Penile fracture may cause clinical manifestations such as penile deformity, weakness and swelling of the penis, and severe pain, as follows:

1. Penile deformity When the

penis is broken, the patient can hear a cracking sound, and then the distal end of the penis can be tilted to the healthy side, forming a typical eggplant Deformity.

2. Penile weakness and swelling

After the penis is broken, the penis may be in a weak and swollen state, and the surface skin is often blue-purple.

3. Severe pain The

nerves on the penis are abundant. If the patient has a broken penis, it often stimulates or damages the nerves, causing severe pain.
