What is the cause of glandular cystitis?

Healing hearts, one patient at a time.
Cystitis glandularis is caused by bladder infection, lower urinary tract obstruction, tumor, etc.
1. Bladder infection
is infected with bacteria, causing inflammation. Inflammation will cause chronic stimulation of the bladder, leading to metaplasia of the bladder mucosa epithelium, which will cause glandular cystitis.
2. Lower urinary tract obstruction
itself has lower urinary tract obstruction, which hinders the passage of urine. Urine is easy to remain in the bladder, and bacteria will breed, causing inflammation and promoting bladder transitional epithelium metaplasia.
3. Tumor
If there is a tumor in the bladder, the tumor will cause chronic stimulation of the bladder, destroying the bladder mucosa, causing bladder mucosa metaplasia, which can form glandular cystitis.
