What are the tumor markers for gastric cancer?

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
Tumor markers of gastric cancer include: 1. carcinoembryonic antigen, although this value will increase to varying degrees in patients with various tumors, but especially in gastrointestinal tumors more sensitive; 2. carbohydrate antigen 199, also known as gastrointestinal cancer associated antigen, if this value appears significantly increased, more common in digestive tract tumors; 3. carbohydrate antigen 724, is a non-specific tumor marker for detecting gastric cancer and digestive tract cancer, but the sensitivity is low. In addition, there are three examinations of early gastric cancer: pepsinogen I, pepsinogen II and gastrin 17, which are helpful for the prevention and treatment of early gastric cancer.
