How does hemospermia cause

Hematospermia may be caused by inflammation, vascular abnormalities, benign tumors and other reasons.

1. Inflammatory

gonococcus, mycobacterium tuberculosis, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms if they invade the seminal vesicles, can damage the seminal vesicle wall, leading to blood vessel rupture and bleeding, causing hemospermia.

2. Vascular abnormalities

If the prostate, seminal vesicles and other vascular malformations, seminal vesicle blood vessels are easy to rupture and bleeding, causing hemospermia.

3. Benign tumors

If the patient has seminal vesicle cystadenoma, prostate polyps and other benign tumors, it may lead to seminal vesicle or prostate blood vessel rupture and bleeding, leading to bleeding, causing hemospermia.
