ureteral tuberculosis occurs, Mycobacterium tuberculosis can continue to develop from the ureteral mucosa to the submucosa or muscle layer, causing fibrous tissue proliferation and wall thickening of the ureter, thus causing ureteral stricture, which can be seen in CT examination results.

2. wall calcification

CT is an imaging examination method. In the later stage of the disease, ureteral wall calcification can be presented as a streak-like high density shadow under CT.

3. ureter thickness
