Bladder ureteral reflux is easy to be confused with kidney stones, enuresis, ureteral tumors and other diseases.
1. Kidney
stones are caused by high concentration or low solubility of stone forming substances in urine. Patients with local kidney tissues are oppressed by stones, causing renal spasm. Symptoms of waist pain will occur. Bladder ureteral reflux is easy to be confused with bladder ureteral reflux.
2. Enuresis is
caused by genetic factors, developmental delays and other factors. Some patients with bladder ureteral reflux may be accompanied by enuresis symptoms. Differential diagnosis is needed.
3. Ureteral
tumors are formed by abnormal proliferation of local ureteral cells. Frequent urination and urgency will also occur. It is easy to be confused with bladder ureteral reflux.
