The symptoms of urinary tract obstruction include difficulty urinating, frequent urination, urgency, decreased urine volume or urine rheology, and urinary retention.
1. Patients with difficulty urinating
may feel slow, laborious, or need to exert force to urinate.
2. Frequent urination.
When urinary tract obstruction occurs, patients
may feel strong urinary desire and need to urinate immediately, or even uncontrollably.

. Reduced urine volume or urine rheology. The
patient may only be able to excrete a small amount of urine or urine flow thinner than usual.
5. Urinary retention.
In severe cases of urinary tract obstruction, urine may not be discharged, resulting in urinary retention. Patients may feel strong urinary desire but unable to urinate.
