When urinating, turtle headache may be related to trauma, balanitis, urinary tract infection and other factors.
1. Trauma
If the glans part has recently been directly or indirectly damaged by violence, resulting in local soft tissue damage, it will cause irritating pain when contacting urine.
2. Balanitis
is usually caused by infection, trauma or stimulation. Due to inflammation stimulation, local congestion, edema, or even damage, due to urine stimulation, turtle headache symptoms may occur.
3. Urinary
tract infection is usually caused by bacterial infection. When bacteria invade the glans mucosa, it may also cause symptoms of turtle headache when urinating.
