What is a circle swollen behind glans to return a responsibility

Guiding you to a healthier path.
The swelling behind the glans penis is considered to be related to acute injury, balanitis, hydrocele, etc.
1. Acute injury
Local blood vessels may be destroyed or dilated after acute injury to the glans penis, causing blood to accumulate in the area, causing swelling.
2. Balanitis
Balanitis is usually associated with bacterial infections. When a bacterial infection occurs, the body releases inflammatory mediators, such as white blood cells and other inflammatory cells, to destroy the bacteria, but when these inflammatory cells gather in the infected area, they can cause swelling.
3. Hydrocele The tunica vaginalis
is a thin film that wraps the penis. When too much fluid accumulates inside the tunica vaginalis, it can cause swelling behind the glans, which may be caused by inflammation, surgery or other diseases.
