How much is the urine volume of normal person

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
Normal people's daily water intake and excretion is a dynamic balance, normal people 24 hours urine volume is generally about 1500-2000mL, clinically there are many diseases can cause changes in urine volume. 24 hours urine volume if less than 400mL, can be diagnosed as oliguria. If 24 hours urine volume is less than 100 mL, can be diagnosed as anuria. Oliguria and anuria are normally seen in acute renal insufficiency. Due to renal insufficiency and decreased glomerular filtration function, urine production is reduced, resulting in oliguria and anuria. Clinically, some diseases are easy to cause increased urine volume. When the urine volume in 24 hours is greater than 3000mL, it can be diagnosed as polyuria. Polyuria can be caused by pituitary endocrine abnormalities, such as pituitary dysfunction, resulting in reduced secretion of antidiuretic hormone, resulting in pituitary diabetes insipidus.
