How is enuresis caused?

Many children still wet the bed at the age of six or seven. Clinically, enuresis is divided into two categories. The first category is called urinary system development disorder, which will cause enuresis. The second category has problems with the nervous system, which will cause enuresis. There are congenital posterior urethral valves. This patient often unconsciously stimulates the patient to urinate due to the posterior urethral valve. Therefore, the patient will show enuresis in his sleep. The nervous system is divided into two categories: The first category is called spinal cord disorders, such as congenital spina bifida or encephalomyelocele. These disorders show problems with the nerves that control the bladder due to spinal cord disorders, and also show enuresis, which is also a neurological problem. If these two kinds of problems are clinically examined in detail, they can be treated after the problems are discovered. There is also a child who is examined to check that there is no abnormality. One of these problems is that the brain center that controls urination consciousness of this child develops relatively late. Under normal circumstances, this patient will get better slowly as the child grows up. So if the child has been examined carefully, there are no congenital developmental abnormalities, no neurological abnormalities, and don't be nervous that the child will get better with age.
