BP 130/90. Is that normal?

Normal human blood pressure value is within 140/90mmhg, diastolic blood pressure is between 60mmhg ~ 90mmhg, at present the patient's diastolic blood pressure is close to the critical value, still considered normal, may be related to the patient's usual diet, obesity, emotional agitation and other factors, usually diet should be low salt and low fat.
