Stress urinary incontinence refers to the phenomenon that urine cannot flow spontaneously when abdominal pressure increases (sneezing, laughing, strenuous exercise). Its incidence is related to pelvic floor muscle relaxation and endocrine changes. It is more common in obese multiparas. The diagnosis can be confirmed by inquiring about the medical history. At present, the commonly used clinical treatment methods are: 1. Conservative treatment: often given m receptor blockers, pelvic floor muscle training can help improve symptoms. 2. Surgical treatment: If the symptoms are obvious or the conservative treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment is recommended. Tension-free mid-urethral suspension is a commonly used surgical method at this stage.
