The symptoms of right ureteral stones include low back pain, hematuria, frequent urination, etc.
1.
Low back pain due to the movement or incarceration of stones in the ureter. Usually manifested as sudden onset of severe pain, intermittent or persistent, and may radiate to the ipsilateral lower abdomen, genitals and inner thighs.
2. Hematuria
Right ureteral stones often cause symptoms of hematuria. Hematuria can be red or brown urine visible to the naked eye, or microscopic hematuria. The appearance of hematuria may be caused by stones rubbing against the ureteral wall or
stones incarcerated at the end of the ureter, causing bladder irritation symptoms, which may cause frequent urination.
