What exactly is hydrocele?

Hydrocele is mainly caused by developmental factors, inflammatory factors and damage factors. Details are as follows:

1. Developmental factors

If the sheath process at the spermatic cord site is incomplete or the sheath process between the two layers of testis is closed prematurely during the fetal period, it can lead to hydrocele.

2. Inflammatory factors

If the patient has inflammatory lesions such as epididymitis, orchitis, spermatic cord inflammation, etc., it can lead to secretion and absorption dysfunction of the sheath, resulting in hydrocele.

3. Damage factors
