Urodynamic examination posture, clinically known as the lithotomy position. Commonly speaking, it is the position adopted by women in the process of giving birth. It requires lying on the bed, legs slightly 90 degrees apart, legs stand about 30 degrees high. It is a traumatic examination, the examination time is about half an hour. However, if the patient is not cooperative during the examination, or there is an examination error, it may show that the examination time is extended to about an hour. During the examination, a manometer tube is inserted into the urethra of the patient, and a manometer tube is inserted into the rectum of the patient, that is, into the anus, to record the pressure changes in the bladder and the pressure changes in the rectum. Sterile saline is poured into the bladder through the manometer tube. After recording the changes in bladder pressure and abdominal pressure, the instrument analyzes whether there is a poor contraction of the detrusor muscle or excessive frequent contraction. And further can measure the pressure of each segment in the urethra, comprehensive analysis of the patient's condition.
